Rosewood has two aged care homes in Perth: Our Leederville aged care facility in Britannia Road and our West Perth aged care facility on Cleaver Street.

West Perth Residential Care Facility

The construction of our West Perth aged care home was completed in late 2021. The West Perth aged care facility has 152 fully serviced rooms in a multi-storey building.

Located close to North Perth and the Leederville cappuccino strip, our new facility caters for everyone and integrates cosmopolitan Perth with the vibrancy of the Perth CBD.

West Perth offers:

  • Small lounge rooms with comfortable furniture, fittings, and fixtures
