Accommodation Payment
A Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD) or Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) is an amount that you pay towards your accommodation in an aged care facility. You can choose to pay your accommodation costs by:
- A lump sum style refundable accommodation deposit (RAD)
- Rental type payments called a daily accommodation payment (DAP), or
- A combination of both.
The Accommodation payments at our West Perth facility range from $750,000. Alternatively, daily payments can be made and are due on the date of admission. If you choose to pay the Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD Lump sum) the amount is payable in full on the day you move into the facility, with interest charged from the date of admission for outstanding amounts.

The interest on the outstanding amount is currently charged at 8.38% as at 1October 2024 (the Government sets the maximum interest rate you can be charged, which is set at the date of entry to the aged care home.) Any lump sum payments can be made which can then of course reduce the interest payable.
Standard Rooms

Our standard rooms are available on all 4 floors in the facility.
They all have their own large private ensuites and access to private lounges, dining room, activity areas and communal kitchenettes.
Courtyard Rooms
or maximum daily payment of $238.89 on $1,040,520
Our courtyard rooms are available on our ground, first and second floors in the facility.
They all have their own large private ensuites and access to private lounges, dining room, activity areas and communal kitchenettes. The rooms all have their own private courtyard only accessible from the room.
Balcony Rooms
or maximum daily payment of $238.89 on $1,040,520
Our balcony rooms are available on our first, second and third floors in the facility. They all have their own large private ensuites and access to private lounges, dining room, activity areas and communal kitchenettes. The rooms all have their own private balcony only accessible from the rooms. A selection of these rooms also have panoramic views of the city and surrounds.
Special Rooms
or maximum daily payment of $286.67 on $1,248,624
Our special rooms are large single rooms with premium fittings, a kitchenette, deluxe ensuite and walk in robe.
They have access to the private lounge, dining room, activity area.
Super Rooms
or maximum daily payment of $334.45 on $1,456,728
Our super rooms are available on all of our floors in the facility.
They all have their own large private ensuites and access to private lounges, dining room, activity areas and communal kitchenettes. The rooms all have their own private kitchenette and lounge within the room, with a spacious walk in wardrobe. A selection of our rooms have panoramic views of the city and surrounds.
